Passionate Wednesday

It’s hump day y’all. We are half way through the week of March 25 – March 31 2018. We are over the hump of the beginning of the week and then two more days till the weekend begins again. Sunday April 1st we will celebrate Easter 2018. “Up from the grave He arose.”

But for Jesus Wednesday was a day of preparation. His time on earth was drawing to a close and He had much to teach the people. He had much to teach His disciples.

”Each day, Jesus taught in the temple, and he spent his nights on the Mount of Olives. And all the people came early to the temple courts to listen to the words he taught.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭21:37-38‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Remember it’s Passion Week. There was urgency in His voice. His emotions and love for His people are barely containable. Listen to His pleas as they reverbate off the Temple columns and echo down the halls. Let His passion for you flow into your heart.

“Jesus shouted out passionately, “To believe in me is to also believe in God who sent me. For when you look at me you are seeing the One who sent me. I have come as a light to shine in this dark world so that all who trust in me will no longer wander in darkness. If you hear my words and refuse to follow them, I do not judge you. For I have not come to judge you but to save you. If you reject me and refuse to follow my words, you already have a judge. The message of truth I have given you will rise up to judge you at the Day of Judgment. For I’m not speaking as someone who is self-appointed, but I speak by the authority of the Father himself who sent me, and who instructed me what to say. And I know that the Father’s commands result in eternal life, and that’s why I speak the very words I’ve heard him speak.””
‭‭John‬ ‭12:44-50‬ ‭TPT‬‬

Be there! Have you come to the Temple yet this morning? If you haven’t you have missed the cries of Your Savior urging you to believe in Him.

“Yet there were many Jewish leaders who believed in Jesus, but because they feared the Pharisees they kept it secret, so they wouldn’t be ostracized by the assembly of the Jews. For they loved the glory that men could give them rather than the glory that came from God!”
‭‭John‬ ‭12:42-43‬ ‭TPT‬‬

What is keeping you from believing and confessing?
