I won’t be lighting my fourth candle, the Angel Candle or the Candle of Love, this Sunday because I am in Pittsburgh watching the Steelers play the broncos, but that won’t stop me from reflecting on the great Love of God.
God’s love for us is the reason we had that first Christmas so long ago.
Today I pray for the love of God to spread into the hearts of men.
even though we weren’t there physically to light the candle, our thoughts were in the right place and when we get home tonight the candle will be lit.
